We are due west of Ponte Vedra, maybe 75 miles as the crow flies. Maybe 90 to the coast. I think TPC is inland a little.
I subleased it in the past and it went back to the guy I was partners/subleased from. He knew that we did a good job, but he had a property manager managing it and he has since been fired. He tried to slide some friend or someone who was doing him a favor in and it didn't work out. | |
