chillicothe,mo. | I agree, let these interest rates go up another one to two points and see how ugly it gets. I think a lot of these investers that bought ground to get a rate of return will exit pretty quick if they can get better return elsewhere.
So do you ever get to the grand Trapshooter? I have missed the last two years, but as soon as the boy gets older I'll start back up. I figure spending time with him is more important now. | |
