Heard that too. That's going to be serious problems downstream with 2011 like flooding down I-29. In 2011 flood you didn't have all the tributaries to the Missouri already flooding like now- the dam release will blow it all out.

"The releases were expected to go as high as 60,000 cubic feet a second. On Wednesday, the Corps, which manages the Missouri River dam system, increased flows from 17,000 cubic feet per second to 32,000."
