If a guy was ever thinking of selling his cows, this would be the year that would put him over the edge. 2.25 inches rain and now it's blowing and snowing. Suppose to get 3-5 inches over a foot of mud. The pasture I turn out to when I get close to done calving is 40% under water. We better get sun and 50-60 degrees now to dry this mess up fast or some people are going to lose it
It's a passing thought for a couple weeks every year. What else you going to do with your free time? Drive around and monitor the neighbors and go to town 5 times a day? Keeps a guy out of trouble and busy while here on earth. |
