If you search the android apps for Lefebure NTRIP that will do you. If you use an iPhone there is a Bluetooth adapter that works with it. Can't recall the name right now.
RTCM and CMR are RTK correction stream data format.
What brand RTK are you using? If Ag Leader/Top Con/Trimble, they can use RTCM.
