She might not be letting it down do to nerves, small bag or if only that small amount, she may not have had much of any colostrum in the first place, hence why the calf ain't doing so well. Is she by herself? Is somebody snitching? Is she eating/drinking normally? Forgot to add, when we have to milk one, we would do it morning and night. Makes space and takes pressure off. Plus, it get's them in a "routine".
