Nebraska is basically crippled at the moment. Norfolk is packed with semis sitting around with no where to go because all the hiways in the state seem to be closed. Glad I live in the hills, lots of pivots sitting around in the flats that you can't even see the tires, I'm surprised how many roads don't have culverts under them and the water is 6 feet deep on one side of the road and dry on the other.
