east central NE.
It is bad here in east central Neb. I do not ever remember where every town is flooded. Usually you will get one thunderstorm that will unload in one area but this is every town around . Most hiways blocked and hard to get anywhere. My son had our payloader in town helping to get people out of houses. There is near two feet of water on main street and a lot of houses with water in them. Raining again and hoping it starts going down soon.
