Franklin,Iowa | So I pullled the trigger on a 12 row 7200 flex fold planter. Pretty clean planter with a lot of upgrades I’m working on getting my 4640 setup for it.
It has a 20/20 gen 1 monitor with up and down bags, trucount row clutches and variable rate drive.
My first concern is do I have enough hydraulics to run the 2 vac motors and VR with my 4640?
2nd issue is the the harness coming off the tank/compressor combo is too short to reach the harness off the monitor. The tank isn’t too far from the tractor and I honestly don’t see how it would be long enough for any application.
3rd thing is the 20/20 will light the green light and the switch lights for section for about 5-10 seconds and shut off. The screen never comes on.
I’m thinking it’s my 3 prong plug it has key power and ground but the number 2 slot should have constant power I believe which i think is possiblely my issue.
