something like 12+" of rain for Feb when normal is a bit over 3".
So far this winter here in the NE corner of MS there has been 3 or 4 flood warnings already after rainfalls of 2-3". I'm right on the TenTom waterway. I haven't been down the lock/dam here in town lately, but I'm sure the dam is letting quite a bit go over.
I don't know about the Delta, but would guess the Ole Miss is higher than normal for this time of year as well.
So far there hasn't been anyone out yet that I have seen around here, which is late.
