Jeff is discussing the facts about market structure that everyone should be paying attention to(unlike the talk on here about price being market structure). Notice how Nat has been bearish and the funds are reaching a normal peak short, notice how wrong NAT sentiment normally is. The funds will likely win again. I'll wait to be a seller in a market that has lots of bulls.
