They have to find something at every farm, that's just what is expected of them. If they give scores that are too high, it attracts the wrong kind of attention. At the same time, they don't want too many low scores. They get told every so often to emphasize something, and that may be the case with the pressure washer; trying to avoid problems with the next federal inspector.
My sister is a MN state inspector and you are very incorrect.
The people that follow the rules get perfect scores. The ones that don’t. Don’t. It’s all pretty simple.
If you would please ask your sister how many perfect scores she has given in the last 2 years - - - that would be useful information.
Not sure why that would be useful. But, she has made the comment many times that some dairys are very anal about getting perfect scores, and they get them.
