I have inline wrapped corn stalks and individually wrapped oat straw and would say that the condensation and rot is terrible. After one year you will have 6 inches of manure.
I wish there was a way to put bales in a loose fitting silage bag, something that would let the moisture out a the rain off for long term storage.
