And I believe not going too bad, 2 more today unassisted. 32 heifers have calved.....two sets of twins, 32 calves on the ground kicking, lost a set of twins....still pisses me off. I did add a bottle calf today as my son emptied a banana clip into the immobile crack whores head. Done deal. 2/3rds done then second calvers start. Have had 3 pretty good pulls and 4 very easy pulls.....idk for heifers I didn't think that was bad. Yes, it is my second year calving, all heifers so far, looking forward to calving seconds.
Very funny post carlsoncl, good to see you still have your sense of humor. When this is all over I'm going to bring a 12 pack or more and we'll have a good visit. Hang in there sounds like you're doing great. |
