ford county,illinois | I just don't understand what you are so mad about. You had no jack, no air tools, no big hammer that you would need to get the wheel apart with. It just didn't lock up all of a sudden with no warning. With all the ones I've dealt with it had to of been making noise for awhile. You figured that you would run it till it got worse. Then it goes out away from home and you're mad. Feel lucky that #1 you didn't need to be towed off the road. #2 the dealership was open. #3 they had the time to fit you in OFF THE ROAD and #4 they could get the parts for an 11 year old vehicle right away. And to top it off they squeezed you in and completed the job in 2.5 hours. Yea you could of done the job cheaper at home but you where not home. Also if you were so sure that just one was bad then tell them to fix the locked up one and then hope like hell you make it back home and the second one didn't do same thing 100 miles later. That is always the customers call. You authorized them to fix both they didn't just do it without your ok. | |
