If all You need to do is shut off a couple rows on the end of a field, row shutoffs are a very expensive way to do it. If You have a lot of crooked fields, it is worth every penny.
It takes some time, but you can latch the little flipper drive cogs on the meter to shut off rows when on that last straight pass, instead of overlapping those rows. Then You can shut off the monitor for those rows.
This costs nothing, except time. Just remember to turn them all back on before going to the next field. Don't ask how I know!!
