NEMO | Off subject, get a professional tree guy to seriously knock that tree back before it winds up on the house. Looks like a soft or silver maple,,,correct? Or is it a Chinese Elm? Once the wind starts breaking limbs out, the damage gets in the trunk and starts rotting it. When we first moved here, the yard was full of them. Over time, I've removed all of them and replaced with Hard Maples. You can buy a lot of time by trimming them back, but you need the right person that understands trees, not just some guy with a saw to butcher it
