Then the basis responds differently as does the spreads, demand, freight, and etc. 12 cents suggested earlier will be reasonable.
The priority today is more centered on having a board price set in some fashion. That is where the risk is. Today the market says having that against the Dec offers the most bang for the buck and opportunity to add some incremental margins.
Every market action has a market bias associated with it and therefore risk. If a guy has zero hedged and is bull spreading, I would suggest both actions are expecting higher prices.
