Same here. Hoping to market these more like regular beef fats. Hopefully not have to contract everything so far in advance or at all, would be nice to just be able to sell cash cattle again. We shall see. I’ve seen some on superior and it looks like the yards out west are paying for them just like colored cattle. They must be working fine wherever they are sending the fats. If our jbs buyer here won’t take them we will have to explore other options.
