Those are some nice looking calves. How do you get the calves ( buy at a sale barn, day olds off a dairy, ext)? How are you feeding them (auto feeders/ milk bar)?

I've tried accelerated milk replacer but with sale barn calves I could never get the performance they claimed. The calves could be a bay old to 2 weeks old. Sound like they are pushing an accelerated milk plan which uses 28-10 or 28-15 milk replacer.
