Probably the best place to go in MN is to put a call into the MN Discovery Farms program and talk to Tim Radatz and he can get you started.

They will explain the ins n outs of point in time sampling vs cont sampling and what results mean. One or several grab samples don't mean much because it's best to think of it as concentration by volume equation. You could have high concentration but just a dribble coming out so what does that mean? Not much pollution.
