Near-north Ontario, French River | I'm going in to update my will at the end of this week. You mentioned that its pretty common to contest a will, and to have it over turned? How does that work? Unless the person writing the will is somehow me mentally incapable of making their own decisions ( dementia, alzhemiers for example) who has the right to challenge? I mean if I want to leave everything I own to the neighbours cat, I should be able to do that ... its my stuff and those are my wishes. NB- <----- thats not my intention LOL |
