proplock - 3/12/2019 14:08 Neighboring farm , undivided interest ,3 kids, one died, share passed down to children ,number of owners increase, one of the 2 remaining original kids developed a serious, serious gambling problem, setting the stage for property use to cover gambling debt, fortunately a relative stepped in and purchased the gamblers share before all was lost. He also told me since there are so many owners, it is a real hassle when considering any type of legal work, farm program, etc. . true story, take it as is. Regards.
