In an undivided interest they can’t sell to a stranger just one of the other siblings. No one else would buy a undivided third. Sooner or later one will want to sell,but who owns what part in an undecided third. Usually a judge will say sell it all and divide the money if it goes that far. Not a good idea.
Considering changing Will. Getting rid of Undivided interest.
