southern MN | It is an effort (perhaps misguided) to keep the kids together and the farm together. “Not wasted on foolish things but always there for them.....”
It doesn’t end up working well, but it is the thought process.
The most troubles I hear in estates are over undivided interests. If not right away, what happens by the next generation, as many more people become involved in smaller and smaller pieces. Never mind how the i law situation gets tangled into it.....
