I am still planning on top dressing my  early planted wheat.  We where probally at least a week away from  being dry enough before this rain event our heavy black dirt does not dry very fast especially with a wheat  cover on  it ,really hoping it will start growing and help dry it out . Only have 10 acres of the Nov, planting so it really does not matter. I will probally cut back on the amount of Nitrogen  anyway on account of the timeframe  biggest thing for me is the weeds. I just hope a window opens for us this  spring but there is really no reason the weather has to turn to a dryer pattern
