Funny you mention tulips.. I noticed a few poking through yesterday, in my moms garden. Its on the east side of the house so gets sun and warms quicker. We probably still have a foot or more of frost in the ground , no snow cover . Go 100 miles to the east of us and they still have plenty of snow on the ground. fyi.. Im in SW Ontario
