Texas, the really flat part
I know a guy who has been married 4 times by the time he turned 50. Sold out, multiple times yet he always seems to land on his feet. 7 years ago he moved from the panhandle down to Victoria on the coast and leased 12000 acres were he’s been growing a 50/50 corn cotton rotation. In 2017 he bought land and planted olives.....so I’m sure that’s the thing to be in now.
