The inch plus or rain we are to get out of it is going to be a big deal as you say.
Lot of ice dams, 3 feet of snow, lots of roof issues.
This was my forenoon, I didn’t take a before picture, but the first 2 lumps you see were 6+ inch high ice dams that isn’t all snow, it was a chore to open up and get it thawing. There was an inch or two of snow, and up above was 2 feet of snow so hard the roof rake wouldn’t bite in.
It’s really ugly out there looking around, for finally a sunny day in the 20s.
I don’t know where the rain will go, buy a sump pump now is all I can say!
