Jefferson, SD
Most full time jobs these days start with 3 weeks of paid vacation plus 7-10 days of sick/floating holidays. After 5 years or so it's normal to gain a week of paid vacation.

Attendance bonus/incentives likely will motivate some people. Others prefer recognition type rewards. Maybe offering a Monday-Tuesday off in exchange for a Saturday-Sunday on. This gives opportunity for 4 day weekend trips etc.

Are you doing annual or six month type reviews/employee discussions? What opportunities do your employees have to give you as their employer feedback?

If you are in a tight supply-demand scenario and the job is probably more demanding than other options these folks have, I would use an "all of the above" approach. Content, motivated employees make you money.
