MN | Have you given any thought to flexible scheduling? With the winter weather it may be difficult for your employees to get to the job after moving snow and the roads may not be open. If they have children in school, start time for school may not work with a 630 start time and with many late starts school not going at all may be causing problems. Can you have an option to work an extra hour or two on day and flex time off a different day. I work a compressed week and much appreciated because can have appointments get home things done etc Mrs geargrinder here | |
