| The geese usually start showing up the 2nd of February. Saw a couple flocks 1 day about the 12th or 14th. They must have been the sentinels and upon return to their wintering paradise, told all the other geese that the groundhog is a moron, and that winter will last through March Madness. Word quickly spread to all the other feathery friends, except the meadowlarks who have joined us here in Siberia and lived a miserable existence the last couple weeks. | |
