So much truth to this.

Took a commercial raise market pig to local butcher and had him make breakfast sausages with a 1/4 of the meat. Then donated that to the school for Pancake Tuesday last week. You wouldn’t believe how many kids came up and said it was the best sausages they’ve had. Compared to junk store stuff someone bought last year, even though we donated some too, there was next to non tossed out. The teachers wouldn’t even let the kids put ketchup on, they said it be a waste of the meat. Lol. Tells me people don’t even now what unadulterated meat even taste like anymore. I wonder how much meat is actually still in the store bought breakfast sausages.
