Northwest Missouri | Getting them bred has been the second biggest issue for me since I went to berks. Seems like about 10% every turn either just never get bred or are extremely late, like months late. Maybe better management would help some but when I was in commercial sows, it never was an issue.
Getting paid has been the biggest issue. I'm on my fourth program in about 12 years. On a good local deal now, but if it doesn't work with them I'm done.
My weaned litter sizes are bout the same as hillskinefarms. | |
