All depends on location.
If you can sell a butchered hog in the Midwest for $500 you may be able to eek out another $50 because it’s a purebred Berkshire.
Take that same pig, piece it out and take it to a farmers market in a big city and you’ll quadruple your money. Of course you will have a ton more time invested in that as well.
