nw NC | The area involved is 40 acres or so. The thought entered my mind that it could be a manure composting facility. That much area could handle a lot of stuff. I doubted that there were enough cattle operations in the area to have need of a facility that large, so I googled " Composting Facility near Salome ,AZ" and found this...
