Great question with feed cost so high I would say get the heifer fat and out and save on days on feed, conversion rates have been as bad this year as any. If you run your COG at todays feed price if you were a seller of feed vrs what you used for inventory feed cost four months ago we would be selling feed instead of placing cattle.
