| Here's a sample sheet I made a while ago:

On the "stats" tab there's equations for counting number of heifers and number of bulls.
The equation for counting heifers in the column this is example is:
=LEN(CONCATENATE(calves!G2:G)) - LEN(SUBSTITUTE(UPPER(CONCATENATE(calves!G2:G)), "H", ""))
Then you would do the same for the letter "B" and then once those are calculated, you would just use the calculated values that get put in these cells to find percentages. | |
