More info on large scale solar farm . Located south central Wi. 30 year lease with option on 20 more years , annual rental fee with escalating scale . Possibly 5 land owners involved ,looking to involve all land owners to retain a lawyer and consultant . Input would be appreciated .Thanks
After watching three different projects go in locally, I’d be hesitant to lease anything to them. They made a holy mess of the ground, rock every smashed into the soil, same with leftover concrete, ruts everywhere. I really don’t know how they plan on keeping weeds mowed because it’s so messed up and so many deep ruts. Because of the buried trash that place is basically worthless for farmland ever again. |
