East central SD | Is there any wat to minimize capital gains tax on a sale of land. For simple figuring if you have 1000 dollars after basis of taxable dollars is there any way to minimize the gains tax to reduce the amount owed. I believe it is 20% so the tax would be 2000 gains tax. Stretching it over time.? Not doing 1031 as of now. Thanks
