Here is the Indiana lime quality report with lab analysis from various quarries. Most samples fall between 20% and 39% calcium so 400-780 lbs of calcium/ton would cover the range pretty well. Check the last 3-4 pages of the report.

Pure "lab grade" calcium carbonate is 40.043% calcium or 800.86 lbs of calcium/ton.
