I’m not sure that would affect screen captures so not sure I’ve hit the right deal for you yet tho.
‘Most compatable’ Is Apple speak for ‘normal regular jpg files.’
The ‘high efficiency’ mode is probably going to be the next newest ‘standard’ of picture file as it saves a percent or two of file size, but not many other than Apple are recognizing that format yet..... will take a year for software to catch up.
Note that changing the settings, your already taken photos will still be in the format they were taken, it won’t change what you already have saved. I think.
