I had 20 acres that I couldn't get to until February. They came off ok for yield. Moisture was 17%, but it looked like I was going to take a 40% dock for damage. I roasted them and fed them to my cows. Cows are up 4 pounds on their milk since I started feeding them, so the damage is not hurting the cows......
