S.C. Wisconsin | You are correct Ed. A few years ago we a new Sheriff in LaPaz county who was trying to enforce that law. That all but disappeared when the visitors threatened to winter in a different area. But I belong to an RV club down here and they have been working with the Arizona state government to get that moved to the Fish and Game department where they do like the other states where you can register your machine in any state but will have to purchase a ORV sticker from the state of Arizona to ride public land. The last I heard this might happen next year. This makes a lot more sense and we would gladly pay for the ORV sticker. | |
