I’m too dumb to tell you how, but the relationships of calcium and magnesium and maybe some other stuff will effect what products and practices can have good or bad results for you.

So, what is in your dirt?

Paul

I have a mix of clay loam and sand on this farm. Where I have the most problem with high PH is black sand and should be good ground but the high PH kills bean yield. There are wet spots in field but not where the PH is high. The wet areas aren't high PH either so tile really isn't an answer in this case either. It has been a difficult piece to farm to say the least.
