Well same problem south of you. I went and bought the Kuhn Krause Interceptor 80-50 high speed tillage machine. Claim you can plant right behind it with rolling baskets. Figured them days of the ole fashion disk are over. The excelerator was my second pick. Kinze is now making the pro till for degelman. Keep a couple things in mind these high speed machines are not cheap and take alot of Hp to pull. Will be pulling it with 600 hp and they claim faster the better. 30-35 acres per hr. Long term for us is to run both disk ripper and Interceptor in the fall or possibly just spring on some farms with the Krause with a deep till every so many yrs. Look well built .Good luck!!
