NW Ohio | I’m not feeding large quantities but I do usually have 10-15 sprinkled around the lots. I’ve been wondering if guys have been getting dinged sending them on contract loads to JBS lately. I don’t like to send a group of them to the sale, if they go to the sale I want to send them with good Steers. Shows the buyers that they’ve been fed right along with the Steers and have the days on feed to grade. As far as where to send them, I don’t think we have much choice. JBS, JBS, or JBS. Is there a plant that kills holsteins west of you? | |
