My son mostly works out of station 6.
Interesting story of how he ended up there.
The pastor of our small church was called to pastor a sister church in Bryan two years ago. My son was on the local volunteer fire dept. here and a good friend of his moved to College Station to join the fire dept there.
He was after my son to move down and join him, and it seemed like a good opportunity for him as he really didn't have an interest on staying on the farm with me. Having a connection to the church there in Bryan made the decision easier for him. I encouraged him to go as I thought it would be a great experience for him and he is glad he moved. Seems to be going good for him. | |
