| Hello,
I see a few European linkage "offset" type disc harrows on the market these days with each disc mounted separately to the frame. Separate bearings etc.
In Australia we have plenty of old trailing one way disc plows which are heavy duty and having the same separate mounting of each disc to the frame, albeit only one way.
We row crop and always having trouble with bearings getting dirt and trash in them on our trailing gang mounted offset discs.
Has anyone ever converted a one way plow into a set of offsets (cutting two ways). I'm thinking it would make a solid outfit which can give me a bit of extra depth and downward pressure the standard offset can't.
Cheers.
