Those cases in Stutsman county needed to be thrown out.   The one guy was pulled over because he was driving 73 in a 75 MPH zone.   Deputy said no one drives the legal limit so he figured he was hauling something.   I believe the second case was very similar.   No way is that probable cause and I applaud the judge for seeing it that way.    Besides, we'll have rec marijuana pretty soon anyway, then the cops won't have to worry about it any more
